The Cole House Surgery Phone Lines

The telephone lines at the surgery are open 8am Monday to Friday and the surgery doors open at 8:30am Monday to Friday.

Extended Access

This surgery offers appointments to see a GP or Nurse in the evening or at weekends.

Patients can request a routine appointment at reception and choose to be seen in our Extended Access hub in Nuneaton.

Appointments are available Monday to Friday between 6.30pm and 9.30pm and on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Training closures

The Cole House Surgery will close periodically on a Wednesday afternoon (up to 8 times in one year) for GP and staff training.  This closure is supported by Warwickshire North CCG who will provide out of hours primary care cover to our patients.

The surgery will close from 12.30pm on these dates and re-open 8.30am the following morning
